For existing domain customers please use the following support form to change any of your details. Please ensure that you keep your registration details accurate and up to date, especially your email address because this is where important emails are sent.
This includes domain renewal notifications, support requests, transfer authorisation emails, registration confirmation emails, password resets, etc. Therefore it is vitally important that your details are accurate. If important emails cannot be delivered to you by email, this could result in the suspension or eventual loss of your domain(s).
If you have a domain name with us you can also login to the domain management website at https://manage.opensrs.net and submit the changes directly. If you have forgotten your domain username or password, please contact us so that we can have these details sent to you. The login details can only be sent to the Owner or Admin email address registered.
