The original post is included below for reference.<\/font><\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <br \/> &nbsp; <br \/>\nIf you find you are unable to send email from your iOS device (<em>iPhone, iPad<\/em> or <em>iPod Touch<\/em>), it may be because your <strong>ISP<\/strong> (<em><strong>Internet Service Provider<\/strong><\/em>) is blocking connections on port <strong>25<\/strong>. To resolve this you need to alter the port that your <em>iPhone, iPad<\/em> or <em>iPod Touch<\/em> uses to send mail which can be done as follows.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to <em><strong>Settings<\/strong><\/em>, <em><strong>Accounts &amp; Passwords<\/strong><\/em>, <em><strong>Your Email<\/strong><\/em>, <em><strong>Account<\/strong><\/em>, <em><strong>SMTP<\/strong><\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>On the next screen, you should\u00a0see a <em><strong>Primary Server<\/strong><\/em> listed, select this server and on the next screen, change the \u201c<em><strong>Server Port<\/strong><\/em>\u201d to <strong>587<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This should now allow you to send emails from your <em>iPhone, iPad<\/em> or <em>iPod Touch<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please note that ports 25 and 465 are no longer supported, so please ensure that you are using port 587 when sending email.
